Roopa's career started inside corporate IT departments, where she saw first-hand how good technology decisions quietly compound — and how bad ones quietly bleed.
In 2018, she was recruited by Accenture, spending years advising large enterprises on strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. There she learned the discipline, frameworks, and rigor that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.
She founded Alpiba to bring that same enterprise-grade mindset to small and mid-sized businesses — with the responsiveness, warmth, and directness that only a boutique firm can deliver.
