How to ask
- Ask the same day the visit, onboarding, or incident close is still fresh.
- Use their name and the work you actually did.
- One reminder after a few days is enough.
- Put the QR where people wait: a desk card, an invoice, or the close-out email.
- Reply to every review. People reading them notice.
- Stay inside Google's rules. Ask real customers only. Don't offer a discount, gift, or credit for a review, and don't ask only the happiest accounts.
